System Access Grid is local data tracking and analytical software for watch-only balance snapshots and personal asset records. It organizes user-provided information for informational and record-keeping purposes.
System Access Grid is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, or financial adviser. It does not hold or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets for control, or execute transactions.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Website and Application for lawful personal record organization and analytical review. You are responsible for information you enter, decisions about your records, device security, backups, and compliance with laws that apply to you.
3. Prohibited use
You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorized access to the Website or Application. You may not use them to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, or facilitate unauthorized access to another person’s data.
4. No financial or investment advice
Content, summaries, visualizations, and records are informational only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice and do not constitute a recommendation, offer, or solicitation. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using your records.
5. No wallet, custody, or transaction functionality
The Application does not operate as a cryptocurrency wallet, hold custody of assets, handle deposits or withdrawals, transfer funds, place orders, or sign transactions. Do not submit private keys or credentials as local record notes.

Outputs depend on the completeness and accuracy of locally recorded information. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by user input and technical limitations. You should independently verify information important to you. The Application is not an official account statement or tax ledger.
7. Intellectual property

Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, System Access Grid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, opportunity, or profits; or decisions based on user-maintained records. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
